All bookings and payments for Free Agent Magazine services are final. Due to the nature of creative production, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Once a booking is confirmed, time, talent, and production resources are reserved specifically for the client. Payments cannot be refunded for cancellations, no-shows, or changes in availability.

IFree Agent Magazine ships physical magazine orders to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate and complete, as we are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Orders are typically processed within a designated fulfillment period following purchase. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier, and shipping method selected at checkout.
